You won’t feel like a “Nobody” in this cozy Cottage. Enjoy sitting sit on the porch enjoying a cold beverage or relaxing on the sofa with a good book.

Next door is "Shuckers Oyster Bar" (restaurant/bar) open 7 days a week. You can enjoy Blue Plate weekly lunch specials; Happy Hour Mon. - Fri. 4:00 - 7:00; and Saturday/Sunday country breakfast 10:00 - 2:00. Take advantage of the free shuttle Fri. & Sat. nights to Pelican Cove (restaurant/bar) on the water on the Ross Barnett Reservoir.

Very clean

The cottage was very clean. We did not have clear instructions for check in but we had no difficulty contacting someone to get the info we needed. The listing said the property had a blow dryer but it did not. That put me in a bit of a bind but was okay. The music from the restaurant was louder than I thought it would be. Hopefully things were okay with check out because yet again I had no instructions on the check out process.

Perfect for me and my small dog

I loved this place. It was out of the way while still very close to town for shopping, eating and events. There were plenty of amenities in the house. I cooked several times! Although this was not an issue for me at all, there is a restaurant and bar next door with live entertainment on the weekends and its open until 2:00am, so there was a good bit of noise late into the night. I sat on the porch with coffee and listened to the band, but some people may be put off by the cars and motorcycles passing, people laughing and singing and the occasional yelling across the parking lot.
