"Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk."

"Our room was clean, pretty small but comfortable. Only one chair and only one bedside table. AC was noisy. Location is perfect, downtown is sweet and very walkable. Staff was super friendly. Our second stay here, first time in a small room."
