"The staff was helpful and friendly. They got me checked in quickly and told me about their services and their amenities. The swimming pool area was very clean and water was clean and didn't have too much chlorine in it. The room was very clean and up to date. There was really good channels to watch with good movies. I stayed another night because it was a good Hotel at a good price close to where I was."

"This loft is huge and beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice and we had a wonderful stay. The loft had everything we needed and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The area has so many wonderful restaurants that are so close, most of them right around the corner. The location worked out perfect for us and it was easy to get our bikes to the bike trail. Our only suggestion is if you stay here is to bring ear plugs as the train is pretty close. We enjoyed historic Richmond and especially staying at the Starr Loft!"

"The wifi was super speedy, the room was nice, the bathroom was huge, there are lots of lights to brighten up the room and the plugs to plug in something are abundant. Overall, I'd stay again."
