"We had to go to 3 different rooms to find one that did not have a terrible smell when we checked in. Then they had a sign at breakfast about offering alternatives for food allergies but it took 3 days for them to get gluten free bread. Then the streaming service went out for the whole hotel, then the internet went out for the whole hotel, (this was all out for days) then one day we needed new towels and toilet paper but apparently you can’t get service except on certain days so you are kinda...

"Breakfast was good and the staff was great but the pool was never open which was one of the reasons I booked this location. The room was clean, the ac worked and the shower was hot with good water pressure."
