"Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!"

"Everything was great. Nice quiet street. 5 minute ride to Dreams Park. 50 minute ride to All Star Village. 30 minute ride to Cooperstown."

"Wonderful stay! Host was amazing. Thank you!"

"This was a great place to stay & very clean"

"We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."

"Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo."

"Microwave quickly warmed my meals every evening making dining convenient during my stay."

"Microwave and fridge in the room made snacks easy to manage."

"Simple double king size bed, big window looking out front."

"Very clean and enough room for my family."

"Great location"

"We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!"

"Had a wonderful time! Beautiful area and great property."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

"It was a lovely stay. Very clean, wonderful hostess, snack provided, tv, wonderful shower, and a beatuiful back yard to relax"

"This spot is very close to the start of the Boilermaker, which is the primary reason we chose this location. Margarita communicated frequently with us before and during the stay."

"Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park"

"Awesome place. Our second stay. Very eclectic and cool. Will always be our go to for stays in little falls."
