"Staff was very helpful and the place was close to everything."

"Perfect"

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast was phenomenal, with a different hot dish every day, plus a wonderful spread of fresh bread, cheese, salami, prosciutto, fruits, The location is another big plus: it's close to everything and very accessible. Highly recommended"

"Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station. Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment. Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge) Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/...

"Loved our stay. Super spacious and central"

"الانترنت سيء في الغرفة"

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Super nice staff. Room was hot and it made it hard to sleep. The window doesn’t open, and we got back late most nights. I also didn’t report the issue to staff. I would still recommend. This place is close to attractions and the train station."

"The staff was extremely helpful with places for dinner and directions. The room was comfortable and clean."

"Increíble.bien situado, limpio. Perfecto"

"Great location, super friendly staff! Front desk was incredibly helpful!!"

"The location is perfect and puts you in the centre of the historic area with easy walking access to everything you need - the views are magnificent and it’s quite amazing how the hotel nestles perfectly in the middle of Florence. Clean and tidy, nothing bad to say at all. I do need to draw special attention to just how friendly and welcoming the staff were and they were genuinely pleased to help on any matter. They really made the stay feel special and I thank them all ."
