"Amenities were cleaned well, though my beddings seemed to be used (found what appeared to be makeup on the flip side of my pillow). Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm one of the nights (miscommunication on some people’s parts). I loved that it was so close to a subway station. "

"This was my first stay here and I absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic — everything I needed was just a short walk away, including restaurants and a supermarket. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent that made it feel extra welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and comfort. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I come again to Valencia."

"This hotel was in a good location for us-- close to the train stations-- it was a decent value and had a good breakfast which was a bit expensive. It is a big hotel and often only had 1 of 2 elevators running which was problematic - staff did seem to try hard"

"The hotel is very well located in the centre of town where you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and sights close by. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. There is a taxi line right close by, except they were not available on a rainy day :(. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms large, clean and very cool decorated."

"A group of us booked eight rooms at this hotel as our base for a four day trip to Valencia. The rooms were booked as double rooms for single occupancy - all of them turned out to be double rooms with twin beds. No fridge in the bedrooms and UHT milk provided - both of which were a disappointment. The safe requires a strange key which has to be asked for at reception - again a disappointment as this was not advised upon checking in - it just seemed like the safe door had a hole in it and wasn't working, so had to hide valuables in the belief that the safe didn't work. The shower in the bathroom was dated and lacked power (water spray was more a trickle than a power shower drencher - no shower bathmat available either, so a tad dangerous to stand in the porcelain bath whilst showering. On the upside, the breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choice and a fresh orange juice machine was great. The staff at reception and in the bar / breakfast team were all very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the Old Town via a cab at c6-8 Euros. Metro station within 3 minutes' walk and a cab rank outside the hotel gave lots of travel options - we took the Metro back tot the airport which was an easy and inexpensive trip (4 Euros each from memory). There is lots to like about the hotel. The bedroom was clean but the amenities within it are dated. I'd rate it as a good hotel overall, with room for improvement."

"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in the space of 5 months and we love it! Rooms are huge and beds are extremely comfortable. A huge positive is location- right in the centre of the Arts and Sciences area and a few steps away from all the shopping you can do! Also buses stop outside or a short walk away. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!"
