"Our holiday was good. New and clean hotel. Always helpful and positive staff. Breakfast is good. However pool is shallow. We did not enjoy that much. My little one was happy with pool because it’s like kids pool 😅. Overall it was a good holiday for us."

"My wife and I stayed at Montigo for the first time to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. We were overjoyed with the warm welcome from Cici at the Front Desk, who did a fantastic job making us feel special and even upgraded our room. Nabila, who is a trainee, has also learned quickly and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Montigo, and what truly made it memorable was the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. "The hotel is new. The room I stayed was very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were very friendly. There is a big mall within 7-min walk. Getting a Grab ride to other places was very easy. I like the TV because it allows me to project my phone and laptop to it. The bed was comfortable."

"Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"
