"This property was beautiful and the rooms all had a patio. The pool and hot tub were nice and the bar food was excellent. The cafe food was overpriced for what it was. The Starbucks inside was not affiliated with the app or rewards so you cannot order ahead and the line was slow. Staff at the front desk was very courteous but they had difficulty finding the room type we ordered. Rooms were nice, but nothing fancy for the ambiance of the rest of the hotel. It is very conveniently located to the convention center so that was perfect for our event. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. My wife and I enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The food was great! Overall awesome hotel. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Ontario. "
