"The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and most helpful, particularly when I became unwell in the dining room. We especially appreciated the kindness of the young lady who was serving at the bar. We thoroughly highly recommend the hotel, and enjoyed its convenient position in the centre."

"Brilliant hotel in Chester, close to main areas and the river walks. Lovely room & bathroom with a good shower. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Highly recommended! "
