"They need to renovate all floors below floor 6. It is very deceiving especially if you have booked a sea view room and you are in a room below floor 6. All the rooms on these floors are very outdated! even the foyers on each floor. Both parts to the hotel from floor 1-6 and above are completely different. You go from old fashioned, dark and dingy, to light, modern, nice tech."

"Booked this stay last minute in an emergency due to a family member being admitted into Rhodes Town Hospital. It was absolutely lush, the staff couldnt do anymore for us to make us feel welcome and accommodating our needs. We booked a spa treatment that came with the bonus of spa access for the duration of our stay. Due to the weather being stormy this became invaluable. The room was upgraded to a sea view, and it was spotless clean and although wasnt setup as a twin, the beds were that big...

"The price for food and drinks are fair, much cheaper than in the city. Good service, great breakfast. Restaurant very good. Facililties are good and clean."

"According to it’s service it should not have five stars; no room service after 11 p.m. though it should be 24 hrs. No one was answering in the reception, I was calling since 11:30. No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. And when I went to the reception and asked from where can I have water, he replied that everything is closed at 12 a.m. even the bar and gave me a bottle of water. All the restaurants are closed even before 11 p.m., we wanted to have dinner at...

"Great visit at Mitsis Selection Alila. I visited with Family and we had bad weather impact a part of the stay but the staff was very helpful when helping me replan and book alternatives. Would recommend."

"The hotel is not at Rhodes Center but the walk is so beautiful we didn’t mind at all. The hotel is a little oasis of peace within loud Rhodes. The breakfast could be a bit better sweet wise but otherwise our stay was perfect"

"From the moment I arrived until the very moment of my departure, my stay was truly exceptional. The entire team was outstanding, always warm, attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at ease and thoroughly taken care of throughout my stay. A very special mention goes to Andrea, whose exceptional kindness, professionalism and personal attention made my experience even more memorable. She was always available to assist me, thoughtfully arranging everything I needed and...

"Das Hotel ist einzigartig in hervorragender Lage"

"Everyone was so welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Anastasia was especially helpful in planning our early morning departure from the port with their electric car service that took us from door to door. The location in old town was perfect. Walking distance to everything while still being located on a quiet street for relaxing evening meal or drinks. The breakfast menu was delicious. And it was lovely to end the day with an expertly selected glass of...

"We had such a lovely stay at Alizo Boutique Hotel and Spa. The hotel is super modern, our room was really nice, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible — such a fantastic choice of food. What really made the stay, though, was the service. Everyone we met was so welcoming and helpful. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening, which was exceptional. A special thank you to Vera, our waitress, who was wonderful, although the whole team deserves a mention. The location is great for...
