"We had a lovely stay at Sofia Pension, the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had to call at 10pm as our air con wasn’t working when we arrived and someone was promptly sent out to fix it (thanyou) a lovely fresh breakfast was provided. The rooms are on the small side and fairly basic but did the job and for the price and amazing central location in the old town were fare. Thanks for a great stay."

Instead of listing all these demands in one email. Then I was given instructions on how to get in. Including using a code box...
