I never felt a more welcoming staff before. would come back just to be in such great hands. bar was interesting the bartender is an absolute gem. but the bar itself needs a face lift. or a better style. it would be way more successful."

"For an Omni hotel, I was surprised how outdated my room was. The bathroom really needed to be renovated. It was nothing special, but very convenient for meetings at the RI Convention Center. The Convention Center was nice. Also, Fleming’s at the Omni and the coffee shop on the 2nd floor were good."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! We are frequent travelers to Providence to attend shows at the PPAC. This is our first time at this hotel, but it won’t be our last. We love the location, as well as the friendly, professional staff. The room was immaculate. The property was undergoing major renovations while we were there, but that was fine. We look forward to returning to the Hilton when it is fully renovated!"
