"Excellent facility & staff. We always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express because they uphold an excellent standard, & we have never been disappointed. We were so grateful to get a room July 4th thru the 7th after our terrible stay at the Comfort Inn Rhinelander that we left after 1 night."

"As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit with a horrible musty smell. They had a dehumidifier running that was full. The carpet smelled & looked like it had water damage, & the air from the air conditioner smelled horrible. They had the temperature set at 65 degrees probably trying to offset the stench. We arrived July 3rd & had paid for 3 nights. Unfortunately, since it was a holiday weekend we couldn't find any other places to stay so we stayed the one night & didn't get much...
"I was very happy with my queen suite room. There were two beds and a small pull out couch. The pull-out was behind a small partition so it actually felt like a separate space. That little space also came with a separate TV. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Unlike other hotels, the bathroom felt far enough away from the beds that it felt as though there was actually some privacy. The shower came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The towels were soft and absorbent....
