半夜被其他房客敲門

房間很棒！很大！設施齊全！很喜歡！自助check in拿鑰匙的入住過程稍微複雜一點，比較適合有住過B&B經驗或英文溝通能力較好的旅人。 地點超級好，就在市中心鬧區，但停車比較不方便，沒有自己的停車場。 這次入住時，半夜一點，睡到一半被對面的房客瘋狂敲門，一個冰島女生衝進來問我這邊是哪，她要報警，我覺得非常的奇怪又害怕，我問她是不是需要幫忙？她說她已經報警了，在我面前拿了手機畫面給我看，我也聽不懂她跟警察說的冰島語。我很緊張的打給了房東，跟他說有一個女生敲了我的門又報警，大半夜的，最後房東回電給我跟我說他們說沒事了不會再打擾我，但我問了理由房東說他們沒有說理由。當時我真的以為是什麼吸了毒的人，怎麼會有人半夜去敲別人房門只為了問說這邊是哪裡？幫幫她？

A fair stay

The location is very central with free parking, which is great. However, the apartment's cleanliness could be improved. In addition, there is lots of snow and ice on the staircase leading up to the apartment which is very slippery and challenging to carry our luggage upstairs in that condition.

Far from Luxury

We booked to stay here for my 50th Birthday, we wanted something a little more than just your average apartment. Unfortunately this didn't meet our expectations. Many things were not as described. Free Parking - There was no free parking. Daily Clean - There is no daily clean, and you have to nag and chase to get your bins emptied and clean towels. Our bathroom was not cleaned nor was our kitchen for 6 days. Games Console - There wasn't one. Sofa Bed - Broken and stained. Windows - ill fitting in one bedroom so you had a constant draught. Blinds in bathroom - Give no privacy when using the toilet at all, had to use the toilet with no light on as I didnt want to be seen using the toilet. TV - Hardly any channels and TV makes a horrible buzzing noise. The good thing about the apartment was the location, it was very central but unfortunately I cant say anymore than that as it left us all very very disappointed.

Stayed in Home 3, no bedding left for child, had to make do at 11pm, two blinds broken, 1 couldn't be closed, no daily cleaning as advertised, very dirty sofa (popcorn down sides! this was my sons bed, grill dirty, no plug to wash up and surprisingly no option to recycle.

The short is I'd stay with home luxary apartments again, as the value for dollar is there. The room was massive and more than met our needs, but not as it appeared in the Expedia photos. The room itself could have used a bit of TLC, one light switch fell off, exposed wiring for one outlet, and the bathroom exterior door handle was not attached.

cool studio space right in the middle of reykjavic. walking distance to almost everything. dedicated parking spot. apartments could use some basIc maintenance, but it didn't affect our stay. a couple of bulbs out, and some of the radiators didn't seem to work, but it was quite warm. comfy bed.

洗手間有專屬暖管掛毛巾，讓毛巾很快乾，方便又安全！很貼心！ 酒店在市中心，四周很多食肆，便宜的小豬超市也在這裡。 只是隔音不好，走廊的腳步聲都聽到。

市中心位置，周圍好多食肆；便宜的小豬超市就在附近，教堂也是直路就到。 雖然寫住24小時check in, 但是自助式，沒有工作員的。 不過隔音不好，走廊的腳步聲也聽到。 最值得一讚是洗手間有自動發熱的管讓人掛毛巾，毛巾很快變乾，安全又方便！

Good flat but could do with a more maintenance

Hair in the shower gully, silicon tatty and floor moving, not bad flat just need a bit of tlc, mattress on the floor could be on proper bed, easy to check in.

Overall it is a good place to stay more than one day. It should be more clearly instructed before arriving accommodation how to get into the building and check in. It was somewhat escape game for me that caused unnecessary time waste when we got arrived.

Convenient central place

Central location, convenient for centre of Reykjavik, nice layout and interiour of the apartment but needs some TLC, many lights were not working, window blinds were not easy to operate and since there was a street light shining right into the bedroom window that was an inconvenience for us. Also the location of the bed is strange, surrounded by walls from three sides, I did hurt my knee in the night as I am use to sleep on the side of the bed. And there is no bathtub like in the picture, just a funny shower.

It was a bit noisy due to close proximity to a couple of bars. The unit was quite large for a studio, especially for European standards. The unit was also a perfect location to all the museums, restaurants, and sites.

Plenty of space

Plenty of space for my family of four. We stayed in this apartment only for two nights. It’s designed for a longer stay in Reykjavik to appreciate more the comfort it offers. The establishment is located inside two parallel streets, the entrance is on one, and the parking lot is on the other, a one-way street. Park somewhere nearby, search for the right door (doors along the streets; there is a red button for a doorbell) check-in, then you’ll be directed to the designated parking spot. Or you can figure it out beforehand—I didn’t! And , oh, and two flights of stairs before the elevator. We didn’t mind, but some may think twice. The elevator is more accessible through the front desk, with less climbing.
