"Our family had an unforgettable experience. From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. We could have stayed a couple more days."

"Very seamless, parking on site with flat walk and a lift. Spa amenities looked great although we did not use. Breakfast was ok to start our days. Room could use an energy efficient mini fridge. Keeping a couple of cold drinks and cooling medications is a big plus for us. Location is great for sites in the area without traffic issues."

"The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. The owner, Herman, was great. We had an excellent dinner together in the restaurant there. We sat outside on the patio for drinks before dinner. Beautiful setting. Earlier in the day we did the lifts to the top of the mountain and also the zip line and suspension bridge. A very fun area."

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, big, nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Loved the proximity to many area attractions. The restaurant was excellent as well as the breakfast. Lovely area. Wish I had stayed more than one night."

"Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter)."

"The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service - their breakfast was of the same impeccable standard. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a truly amazing hotel with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I will most definitely be returning again to this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff for making our time with you a memorable and special experience!!"
