"We stayed as a family of 5 from England in July - so out of season for this ski resort. That meant the hotel wasn’t overcrowded and was very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Every room in the hotel has a view of the mountains and a balcony . The swimming pool and spa area was very good - the outdoor jacuzzi offers a mountain view. Soft drinks and tea / coffee are available at any time free of charge. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is a buffet service and breakfast is included in the room rate. Overall, I would recommend staying here with a family. I’d also recommend visiting the restaurant a short walk up the hill - sorry, I don’t have the name, but the lunch there was delicious."

"The reception has limited staffed hours and if arriving outside those hours you must call to get access. Luckily, I had cellular service. The room we had was almost perfect! A kitchen/dining area with toaster oven and portable stove and with a door separating the bedrooms. The balcony has great views of the mountains as do the bedroom windows. My little one enjoyed having a bunk bed with her own door for privacy (and for the adults to stay up later was good too!). The lighting was a bit dark but manageable. The bath mirror is high so a step stool is recommended (even for some adults). Walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"We stayed for one night. The staff were super nice. the breakfast was simple but good enough to get your day started. Be advised you will need a taxi to get to and from town and it was 35EU."

"Beautiful views, and really cool place to stay. Not a traditional and modern motel/hotel so it can feel outdated if you’re used to modern hotels. I would probably stay again though."
