"We loved staying here when we go to Disney resorts. Very convenient, the rooms are very spacious can fit 4 people. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great. They have a nice pool and onsen facility."

"Had a great experience staying at this hotel! The family room was great and a fun experience for my kids. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside is breakfast is very expensive, but we ate at the department store food court down the road for way less, plus there are a few convenient stores close by. The location is close to Disney and there is a park directly across the street that we used. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel, I loved the amenities and especially the fact that there was a coin laundry inside the hotel. Being connected to the mall and onsen was also a huge plus. I really enjoyed the onsen facilities, and I found it increidbly helpful you could check both the laundry status and onsen crowdedness on the hotel room TV. I only wish that the hours were more clear for the onsen, because I got to the bedrock bath too late. I also had some trouble finding the hotel entrance from the train station, and the hotel is quite far from most general attractions in Tokyo. Aside from that, everything was great. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay."

"It's my 2nd time here, and still an affordable and good choice of room, especially if you're a solo traveler. I love it cause the room is not so big, but it's clean. The transportation is very nice since it's very near the station."

"Location is perfect. You’re underneath a mall with shops and restaurants. Restaurants are less that a 5 minute walk. The park is across the bridge with a beautiful cafe. Toyosu Metro is 2 minutes away and Disney and other attractions are 15-20 minutes away on train."

"It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable. The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland—it’s only two stations away and very convenient. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which was a big plus. Another convenience was the direct train ride to Tokyo Station, which took about 22 minutes with no transfer. Overall, a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location."
