"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "The B&B was located in a lovely and unusual setting at the end of a cul de sac. The views were great. Our hosts were very welcoming and informal. Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. Its worth noting that the garden amd facilities were available for guests. "The hotel seems to be a shadow of its own glory. Staffs were nice and helpful. We went there during the time when hot wave hitting the UK in July 2026. The room has no A/C and walking into the room feels like walking into a sauna. It was not at all comfortable. Good view of Aberavon beach from the room though."
