"This was our third stay in one of the cabins on the property. Well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Great groomed walking trail all around the pond, perfect to exercise our dogs and stretch our legs after a long drive. Tons of bird activity for those interested in a bit of bird watching. We will be back!"

"It was just as advertised."

"We loved getting to stay here! It was a great place/property for kids, they had so much fun! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Property was very nice and kept up. Always answered very quickly when asked a question. "

"The well water smelled the ants that kept coming in the house it's a great place to stop by if you're just going for one night but not for a few nights"

"We learned about Indiana Beach and Monticello from a Tik Tok account of someone who travels small towns in the midwest. We immediately booked this RV because of its location and because it would be our first time staying in one. Everything was perfect-great communication, cleanliness of property, the area is quiet, water is warm but it is well-so plan accordingly. We loved out stay and really loved Monticello. "

"Great place to stay in DeMotte! Very clean, very comfortable furniture and beds, excellent amenities. Place has a great deck where we could meet and socialize with friends from Indiana. Place was well supplied and host communications were terrific! One of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at!!!"

"Highly recommend this darling house for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. Everything was so smooth from start to finish with great communication with the host. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything that was needed. Hot tub was clean & working properly & the view was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again."

"Communication was great, host was very friendly, and the house was perfect for a group of five adults. Everything was clean and for us, the location was ideal."

"Cozy apartment with dry kitchenette. Property description failed to mention that it is an upstairs apartment. The stairs are quite steep for older people or people with mobility issues. Host is extremely responsive."
