Amazing location with groomed trails around the property with multiple stream views and access points. Loved the fire pit, badminton, and playing in the creek. Plenty of room for all of us!

This is a great location for access to the Hiwassee River and surrounding area. Very comfortable for 10 to 12 guests. The screened porch was the gathering place of choice after a day of paddling. Our group wants to stay here again next year.

As promised, very close to our training venue. We were there for a Swift Water Rescue course. The house was great with a well-appointed kitchen that made cooking for a big crew easy. The bedrooms were nicely laid out to sleep a large group. The property was awesome with the creek and trails, a screened in porch, and a nice grill setup. The host was wonderful and promptly responded to any questions or concerns. If more than 5 stars was an option Iā€™d use it.
