Herzlich Willkommen am Menkenhof bei Familie Heigenhauser! Der in bevorzugter, ruhiger Lage im Ortsteil Blindau gelegene „Menkenhof“ wurde erstmals im 15. Jahrhundert urkundlich erwähnt. Im Haupthaus des ehemaligen Bauernhofes wurde ein wunderschönes Gästehaus geschaffen, in dem der ländliche Charme durch die rustikale Einrichtung mit vielen bäuerlichen Antiquitäten liebevoll erhalten wurde. Neben gemütlichen Doppelzimmern mit reichhaltigem Frühstück aus regionalen Produkten bietet Ihnen der Menkenhof komfortable Ferienwohnungen, die auch für Familien geeignet sind. Gerne bieten wir unser Frühstück auch den Gästen in den Ferienwohnungen an. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaus. Der zum Haus gehörende Garten bietet Ihnen eine Sonnenterrasse und eine großzügige Liegewiese zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden und Entspannen. In unserer rustikalen Bauernstube können Sie einen ereignisreichen Urlaubstag bei einem gemütlichen Beisammensein ausklingen lassen. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Skiraum und Fahrradabstellraum stehen zur Verfügung. Im Trockenraum steht Ihnen für ihre Ski- und Wanderschuhe ein Schuhtrockner zur Verfügung. Im Sommer ist unser Haus Ausgangspunkt vieler herrlicher Wanderungen und Bergtouren. Im Winter befinden sich romantische Winterwanderwege, Loipen, Naturrodelbahn, Sprungschanze, Snowtubing und Skilifte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Haus bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit den idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen aktiven und erholsamen Urlaub. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
"Dürrach" 2-3 Personen, unser Komfort Apartment Dürrach (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer getrennt) ist ideal für Urlauber die sich nach Entspannung und Gemütlichkeit sehnen. Der Natur Parkettboden sorgt für ein angenehmes Wohnklima. Der überdachte Ost Balkon bietet einen Ausblick auf unseren Obstgarten und die umliegende Bergwelt. In nur wenigen Schritten Entfernung befindet sich unser Blindauer "Semmelhäuschen". Hier können Sie sich täglich mit frischem Gebäck und allem was Sie für Ihr Frühstück brauchen versorgen! Tipp: Buchen Sie für nur 10,- EUR pro Person unser reichhaltiges Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten, frischem Gebäck und hausgemachter Marmelade dazu.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und war wirklich sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich genial, sehr ruhig, man kann mal richtig die Stille genießen. Der Menkenhof liegt direkt am Semmelhäuschen, wo man seine Frühstücksbrötchen holen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Bilder in der FeWo App ein bisschen irreführend, so dass nicht klar erkennbar war, wie die Küche aussieht. Die ist leider sehr klein und zum Kochen eigentlich nahezu ungeeignet; man steht sich fast selbst im Weg. Auch der Tisch im Wohnraum ist klein. Schade. Eigentlich wäre ausreichend Platz. Egal. Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen.
