Located in town! 1 block to Rehoboth Ave, Egg & Rise Up Coffee! Walk everywhere! Perfect beach retreat to relax & recharge! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse offers newly furnished modern living spaces, new gourmet kitchen, new washer/dryer and dishwasher, new flooring & remodeled bathrooms! Enjoy coffee or drinks on your choice of 2 decks! 10 min walk to Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk with all the charming shops & fab restaurants along the way. Winter and Summer weekend getaways available!
The space
First floor features a large bedroom, flat screen tv and full bath as well as a NEW washer and dryer (June 2022!). The garage houses a second full sized refrigerator, exercise bike and beach chairs. There is plenty of room in the garage to store your own bikes or rent them at the beach!
The Second floor features an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with deck and half bath. There are complimentary coffee pods, creamer and sugar provided with the Keurig coffee machine. The dishwasher is new (2022).
The third floor features two bedrooms, deck and full bath. The Master bedroom features a flat screen tv and ceiling fan. The second bedroom features twin beds.
The home is fully stocked with all paper products, bath essentials (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), cleaning supplies, towels, beach towels, full bedding, etc. The home is professionally cleaned before and after each guest. This home is meticulously cared for to ensure every guest has a wonderful stay!

There are two parking spots designated for this townhome. One spot is in the driveway directly in front of the home and the second is in the parking lot behind the home. In addition to the two designated spots, there is plenty of street parking. Two hang tags will be provided for street parking during summer bookings.
The home is professionally cleaned in between all visits. All COVID 19 safety guidelines are followed by our professional cleaners in between every visit.
