"Great place to stay near the Inner Harbor and in close proximity to restaurants and special attractions and events. The room and hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was not the greatest. But there are lots of restaurants to choose from to eat breakfast."

"The hotel is old and needs an upgrade badly. The staff is slow and the check-in was over 2 1/2 hours. The staff continued to remind guest that this is a ‘Union State”. I’m still font understand how the attitude of the staff or should I say ACCEPTANCE of poor slow attitude effects the standard of professionalism that is promoted on your website. I could never ever recommend this hotel. "

"Parking was easy, but it's across the street in a public parking garage. I felt a little uneasy at first, but then saw there was a overnight attendant so that made me more at ease. The floor is laminate. It was clean, but the cleanser made it sticky. I chose a different hotel for the next night. "
