"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and had king pillows for the king bed, instead of bunch of little standard pillows which we don't like so the king pillows were a plus. Check out was at 11 which is nice later than most hotels which helped because there was a winter storm and that late check out helped us wait for roads to get plowed. "

"A surprisingly good stay considering the affordable price for the evening of Black Friday. We willingly drove about a half hour away to save between $50 and $100 on rates in nearby towns, and the Comfort Inn was more than worth it. Pool area was inviting and clean, breakfast was standard and well-equipped with a waffle machine, eggs and breakfast ham, room was clean, bed was super comfy. The bathroom was dilapidated and the bathroom itself was very small. We could hear our neighbor’s TV through the wall, but we turned up the fan for white noise and had a pleasant night. "

"The staff were amazing and so friendly. The rooms were very clean. The pool / whirlpool area was clean and very relaxing. Restaurant was also very good with amazing staff. I purchased the breakfast voucher for my wife and I when booking the hotel. It is definitely a plus in the morning for the breakfast buffet or an item from their breakfast menu, a choice for each guest with a voucher. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The entire hotel - our room, pool area, breakfast area was really clean, well looked after. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The breakfast choices were plenty. It was our first time staying at this hotel, and we definitely will stay here the next time we travel to Frankenmuth."
