"Breakfast was great"

"The only complaint is the condition of the hot tub. Maybe it just needs a filter change but there was a lot of debris floating around like lint and hair. We did not stay in the tub once we noticed. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful, the staff were really nice and it’s really conveniently located near everything we needed or wanted."

"The room was mostly clean, there was an annoying drip in the bathroom and needs a new shower curtain as its stained. Breakfast was great. Hot tub area needs a scrubbing, the tub itself. It was not busy so was nice to use. Booked through Expedia, which i dont recommend. I wanted to upgrade, hotel staff over said said they cannot help because of third party, however, the room i wanted couldnt be booked through expedia, not visible to them (after 1.5hr online!). Tried to do it in person day of reservation but by then it was gone sadly. Not a good experience in that sense!"

"My room was 90 degrees like a sauna and it wouldn’t cool down quick enough. I didn’t get to the room until 11:30pm. When asked for another room it took a while to get. Disappointed about the situation. "

"Lovely period property within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and city areas. Little bit noisy, but that is expected if you are staying in the city centre. "

"The host are quick to respond, provided all the essentials and the location and friendliness was great. We loved our stay and had many great giggles and memories."

"Clean rooms, great location to scenic uptown Saint John. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Highly recommended "
