"Nice and cozy with a great view. The outside spaces could use some tidying up and paint, but once inside the place was awesome."

"Awesome place! Views of the golf course was amazing!"

"This was a great location to stay at"

"The cottage looks nice in photos and they do keep it as clean as they can; however, it is very rundown. We were bothered by the strong smell of fabric softener (gives us migraines) and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom narrow and dark, and overall, we just had “the creeps” the whole time. So much so that we left early. Honestly, we expected more for the price. You can find better options in the area for what we paid."

"Host is awesome! Stayed a week. Our pup got swimmers tail, (didn't know that was a thing) from a swim in Superior. Our host helped us find a vet on short notice on July 3. Found the site very quiet and peaceful. Hard to find over the fourth of July. Remember it's the north woods of Wisconsin so expect north woods critters. Thank you so much again for the wonderful experience."

"Very nice and spotless. Also a great location within a couple blocks of almost everything. We’ll be back."

"Our stay was awesome!"

"We loved the location of this house. It’s tucked away in the woods in a beautiful area just minutes south of Bayfield. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our family needs. A peaceful place to land at the end of busy days of exploring the Bayfield and Apostle Islands area. I recommend the Carriage House!"

"Great location, nice view from bedroom. Easy in and out and good communication. Could use darker shades."

"The room was pleasant and clean. Great location and we loved the separate sleeping nook. There is a huge closet but no place to hang clothes so definitely room for improvement there. We had some difficulty getting the door to open at one point and had to call the host who walked us through it. The exterior door knob was coming loose. Need a light that can be turned on from the top of the stairwell. Exterior could use some freshening up but all in all we did really enjoy the room and would stay...

"When walking in the house there was a terrible smell, it was extremely musty smelling. It was extremely hot when we were there and the AC was not on. When we turned them both on (window units) the breaker blew and most of the house was dark. Fortunately the owners did respond to my message to let us know where the electrical panel was. The place does not sleep 12 like advertised (id say 3 couples and 1 single). Luckily we drove an RV, since we had to have 2 people sleep out there. Also had to...

"Wonderful vacation. This little house was perfect for two people. It had all the amenities that were needed. The best part was it was walking distance to absolutely everything. Prime location. Will definitely be back and staying here again."
