"The host was amazing. The house was very clean, simple directions before departing. I cant speak for every time its rented but there was a personal note with some welcoming snacks. Food and drinks in the fridge. The host also makes/sales custom mattresses. And ill say first hand both mattresses were different but i slept so good on both. And will be renting again and purchasing a mattress soon. Loved the hospitality, simplicity and the location. "

With an amazing view of the river from the front porch to our lovely neighbor, we lovingly named Mr. Ed (a beautiful white horse), it was one of the most relaxing times! They had even decorated the entrance of the property! If you need a quiet place to stay away from all the noise I definitely recommend! We also just loved the small town of Gainesboro everyone was so welcoming! Only about 10 minutes from the cabin."
