Very nice people stayed for over 2 weeks, clean property they are currently doing renovations to make the place look nicer and more functional, and are doing an amazing job. Front desk worker has good customer service and handles any issues swiftly. Would recommend staying here to friends and family.

Best budget motel deal going red bluff..room.has refrigerator and microwave is clean and i had no problems with anybofvthe neighbors. Room big enough for 1 or 2 people possibly more.

You get what you pay for and this was certainly the case. The room was generally clean. The linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. Inadequate amount of power points. Area was a bit of a concern.

No wifi, rooms were clean but the shower was coming apart, lights were missing so it was very dim, beds were uncomfortable, good luck trying to park here and there were very few options for plugs if you need to charge something.

The tv didn't work with the remote that was in the room. Tried to use device (dish tv) manually, but it wouldn't even turn on. We only got the tv to turn on, but no channels worked. Bed was ok. Room was clean. For the price, it was decent. You get what you pay for.

Couldn’t stay

Man at the desk was great, the room was terrible we couldn’t even stand it left and drove 2 1/2 hours to another hotel, holiday weekend and nothing else in the area was available.
