The entire property—from the manicured grounds to the modern architecture of the main buildings—is meticulously maintained, reflecting a high standard of care that extends to the surrounding area. The hallmark of our stay, however, was the staff. Their welcoming demeanor and professional attentiveness created an immediately inviting atmosphere. We found the culinary offerings to be consistently excellent, whether dining at the formal restaurants or enjoying a more casual experience at the bar. A particular highlight was the service at the main sports bar; Damon was exceptionally attentive and provided a level of engaging service that truly enhanced our evenings. After exploring the island, the on-site spa offered a tranquil sanctuary. The therapists were skilled and professional, ensuring a restorative experience that was well worth the time. Additionally, the convenience of the on-site concierge made arranging local tours and excursions seamless. We are already looking forward to our return visit"

"My room had this horrible mold mildew smell I notify the desk by 3rd day because it got stronger and stronger they said they will send someone up to check it out but still had smell. I sprayed Lysol and room spray it would not go away. I got sick from that room so it made me feel horrible. They said the rooms have to be sprayed with a chemical to keep the smell away that seemed weird. But other than smell nice location and room. I prefer hotel I hate wasting towels on vacay. "

"We booked this stay and when we arrived, they said they had no rooms. There were a total of 3 couples same time and they refused to refund us. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Infiniti blue Villa during the last week of February. The home was beautiful. We were a group of eight and we’re able to utilize four of the bedrooms all with their own en suite. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs from plenty of dishes and flatware to servingware and platters. We did use both grills and everything that we needed for that was there. The main pool was lovely. It was heated and was perfect. The views were spectacular. We did use the steps to the beach, but they were definitely more challenging than we were expecting. The host was very helpful in having everything at the home that we needed prior to arrival and then she was a big help during the stay giving recommendations on places to go and places to eat. We liked that the home was in a gated community and that community had two beaches that we were able to drive to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel"

"This place is an amazing find!!! The pool and beachside is exactly as described - and even better in person! Pool is in great shape and plenty of seating outside. The area is along mansion row so I felt safe with all the security. The beds are very comfortable, and the place is clean. The appliances are older but working. Some quirks in an older modeled house but the newer windows are easy to open, many kitchen items for cooking, AC in every room, and plenty of space for comfort. Layout for rooms/bathrooms are not what I expected with 2 rooms and 1 bath being outside, but once we assigned the rooms it worked well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to get bug spray!!! It would be helpful if one was on property because I was eaten alive by the sand fleas which get very itchy! "
