"Room was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fine overall, but the hot buffet was pretty limited and didn’t change much -more variety would improve it. Refrigerator and microwave in a room was a huge plus even tho we didn't use it this time but it's very rare for hotels to have it nowadays. "

"This property appears to have recently been converted to a hotel from something else. Very hard to find, almost no signage or entry canopy. Entry was down a full steep flight to basement lobby; small HC elevator provided access only with receptionist's help. Rooms were new and clean with very poor workmanship. Bed was clean and comfortable and room was reasonably quiet. Continental Breakfast in sub-basement was dismal."

"It was a very relaxed visit for us. The front desk and the room service / housekeeping folks were extremely patient, helpful, and showed great humanity in meeting our personal needs. In addition to the comfortable bedding, shower, room essentials made for a very pleasant visit for us. Thanks guys. We appreciate you."
