"Most of the staff could not speak English. Used Google Translate. Housekeeping did not lock our room after they left. Staff said it was not their responsibility. After asking them to not go in our room they continued to do so and left the door ajar again. The ad said coffee maker/kettle and there was not one in our room. They rolled their eyes as we returned to the check in and showed the ad indicating this to be the case. Had to hold the on button down to get it to work. The location was...
