"We stayed at this hotel for five nights. The adjoining rooms worked well for our needs, and the pool was okay for what it was.
Unfortunately, there were several disappointments. The AC unit in our room was extremely noisy and could not be fixed. We also had an issue with the shower rod. The maintenance staff member was very nice and helpful, even though the AC issue could not be resolved.
Housekeeping was very limited. During our five-night stay, the room was never actually cleaned. Fresh...
