Resort is beautiful and is in the beautiful area . There are a lot of service issues including non-working equipments AC. TV, lights , etc. the shower constantly changes hot/cold. The AC would not cool at night. There are not many amenities like safety box . There are no padlocks and the regular locks are not strong enough to keep from break-ins. The quality and choice of food is not very good .The food choice specially the one with meat and seafood tastes old . The staff are all nice and friendly. The beaches are clean and nice . The housekeeping does a clean and good job .

Lovely dining room with views of palm trees and the ocean. Very friendly and supportive staff. Large pool. Very nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. As with other properties I have stayed at in this price range the fitness room has minimal equipment and thus the 4 stars regarding amenities.

Once a great resort

Was once a great resort hotel - dated now and in desperate need of an overhaul. Magnificant views from all the hotel rooms and restaurants, but clearly has issues and is rundown. I recommend changing the entrance arrangements - walking up and down all those steps in ridiculous.
