Enjoy this 38-acre private resort property located in a serene area of the city of Raymond, CA. This property is about 1.5 hours from Yosemite. We are minutes from Lake Hensley and 30 minutes from Eastman Lake. Tour the local historic towns that are nearby or plan a drive into Fresno or Madera.

Enjoy the 1926 sq ft house, with 3 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. We are pet friendly too, for those who like to travel with their fur babies.
Come create lasting memories at our private resort-like property, that features a custom-built dam with reclaimed granite from the property as you pull onto the driveway. Stop and take a family photo on the benches. As you drive in the driveway is fully lined with Mexican Blue Palm, Crepe Myrtle and Olive trees. Enjoy a picnic around the pond or relax as you try catching some fish. Spend time with your family around the large oak trees or swing on our classic swing. In the evenings gather round the wood burning fire pit on our log seating and roast marshmallows or make some smores.

The master retreat offers a place to soak in the large tub. Want some quiet time? The library is available for when you want to curl up with a good book.

Take the stairs down to the backyard or up to the upper atrium where you can work out or steam your cares away in the sauna.

For the family chef, the kitchen is fully equipped for creating amazing family dinners. Eat and socialize at the dining room table, or after a meal have some family game time with a variety of vintage board games.

Venture into the living room where there is a smart TV, comfortable seating and over a hundred classic movies on DVD for a family movie night. Fire up the kettle popcorn machine for fresh theater style popcorn.

After a day of adventure enjoy the 1/2-acre spacious backyard oasis that is fully fenced in and has been professionally landscaped. The beautiful backyard is full of amenities for your enjoyment. These amenities include: a pool with a waterfall, and a heated spa. After a swim rinse off in our pool side shower.
There is a custom-built pergola with fans and sunshades, along with a rope swing. There is lots of space for the family to enjoy.

There is a barbecue area equipped with a BBQ grill, Pizza oven and a fireplace to set the mood. We also have two Italian glass fire pits for you to relax and take in the ambiance of the flames from the blue or red glass. All on propane plumed lines.

Bluetooth speakers throughout the backyard for you to play your favorite music. Over 500 dimmable LED Italian string lights to light up the night.

You will also find an entertainment patio. Games include ping pong, cornhole, shuffleboard, large Jenga, connect four and a checkerboard. Sit back and enjoy watching your family and friends play their favorite games on our handcrafted redwood benches.
