"Excelente hotel donde los servicios y su ubicación lo hacen único en Santiago de Compostela"

"After hiking 500 miles across Spain, we thought to splurge on our last 2 nights. The room was extremely small and overpriced. We stayed in private rooms in albergues that were larger. We felt it was overpriced regardless of its location. Very disappointing."

"I have always given great reviews for travel stays if well deserved, but in this case I have to say…. In retrospect it was a very beautiful hotel but a disappointing experience because the staff did not address my concerns in a timely manner & questioned the facts about my complaint. I was getting bitten by bugs in the room we stayed in over the course of the three days of stay & they determined that they were not to be considered at fault. "Muy cerca de catedral y ubicado sobre el camino de Compostela todo está cerca y la instalaciones impecables Excelente costo beneficio"

"Excellent location. On the main street with shops and restaurants. Near the cathedral. Fairly quiet. Nice, small wine bar downstairs. Breakfast place across from front door. Code access worked great. We had the triple room. 3rd bed was a futo with mattress on top. Would stay again!"

"Pleasant location, smart vibe, convenient to the Cathedral and other attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Room more than sufficient with exception of tiny — 4 foot by 4 foot— bathroom. Standup shower, 2’ by 2’. Did not contain and drain the shower water, which leaked to cover the bathroom floor. Perhaps the other guests were luckier than I, with a larger bathroom and/or properly sealed shower door."

"Won"

"The room smelled like sewage possibly because it was in the basement, but other than this the room was immaculate and the shower was lovely. I wish the towel warmer worked. The staff were excellent, especilly Maria. She was very knowledgeable about Spain and Portugal since she used to be a flight attendant. We talked to her for a while."

"Everything was great but a strange sewage odor in rm 301."

"Me gustó que la habitación tuviera pequeño frigorífico. Buen aire acondicionado"

"Hotel simples mas muito bom. Ótima localização, estacionamento bem próximo,"
