"This was a good place to stay for a reasonable price. It was small, but we weren’t planning to be there except at night, and the clean, cool room with comfy beds was what we needed. The drive into Charleston was long with the traffic, but we put up with that since we went into the city in the morning and stayed there all day, and lodging in the city was pricey. Our room and bathroom was a quiet and private part of a house that no one else used but us."

"Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...

"The kitchen and bath both need updates. There is a throw rug in the kitchen that is filthy and needs to be replaced immediately. Location was good relative to beach access and was walkable within about ten to fifteen minutes. We experienced flying ants in the bathroom, (approx 40 -50 of them over the six days) and a few in the bedroom."

"I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌
The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. You don’t even have to worry about bringing beach towels or beach chairs because they had those covered too!!! They honestly thought of everything. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, which is...

"Impeccably decorated. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. Blackout blinds over the windows would be appreciated. Robes would also be a nice touch. Otherwise, the space was perfect. The setting of the complex was stunning."

"This property is so charming, clean, cozy, and comfortable. But the most commendable part of our stay is the host, Jessica, who is very accommodating and nice. I will stay here again because of her."
