"Das gemietete Objekt entsprach nicht dem abgebildeten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung eine Etage darüber verbracht, welche offensichtlich noch nicht komplett freigestellt ist. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden jedoch kein Wäscheständer bzw. keine Wäscheleine. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Leute ausgelegt, im besteckkasten findet man allerding kaum ausreichend Besteck für 2 Mahlzeiten (der Geschirrspüler kann gar nicht effektiv genutzt werden. "The location to the main train station waa awesome and it took just crossing the street and walking a minute or two to get to the front door. We paid a bit more at the front desk to get a room facing a side street. Around 1 AM, we were woken up to the strong odor of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom exhaust. My husband immediately went to the reception desk to report the issue. Mattias took action and placed us in a better room. We were pleased and enjoyed our stay even more. "

"Stayed here for 9 days last week during the Christmas markets. The hotel could not be better located as you literally walk out the front door and there is a market to your right and then a little bit further left is the historical market. The train station is a five minute walk away so that was also convenient as we were taking the train to several other cities. The rooms are very small, but adequate. The only thing we didn’t like is there is no closet and no in room safe. Breakfast is plentiful and lots of variety, but it’s incredibly crowded. You need to get there early or late otherwise you’ll stand in line to get a cappuccino. The front desk was lovely and very helpful. Would stay here again."
