"Well located, very modern and clean hotel. Perfect for a weekend with friends or as a couple. There’s a bar that’s open all night pretty much and restaurant during the day. Only thing I didn’t like was the check in process. They make you do it all yourself despite the front desk being fully staffed which didn’t make sense to me. I was asked to input information that they would have had from my booking so it was redundant"

"Overall the experience was great. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety, clean and spacious seating area. All staff members, were great and very professional. The room was clean with just some minor improvements needed, such as, better pillows (super flat and offered little support) and a new hairdryer would be great. Otherwise, the amenities from the lobby area seating to the on site bar was great. A great option to revisit."

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to and from the train station and to all the local amenities. "Property was in a very central location and within metres of main train station. Room was large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar was well stocked and adequately priced and the provision of the small grocery store in reception was an added bonus. Although property is next to the main train lines in and out of Dusseldorf, there was absolutely no noise at all from the outside. Beds were very comfortable and shower was a good standard."

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
