"Despite what the outside looks like, the room we stayed in was modern and perfect for the price. The room was super clean and fresh, and the cleanliness bet out many 4 and 5 stay lux hotels I have stayed at!! It looks like it was recently updated and has a great mellow modern look. "I reserved 2 rooms for 1 night, one room for me and another for two family members who were traveling with me. My king bed room was clean, some dust here and there, especially in the closet and on the iron stand that was in the closet but had no iron. The bed was clean, as was the furniture, and the window/wall AC unit worked great, as it was a warmer day in Chula Vista.
