"Great room for families. The pack n play was delivered to the room for free and we brought out own sheets and blanket for the baby. The hot breakfast was delicious and they refilled items all the way up to 10 am. "

"Clean sheets, bathroom clean, old small room, water hot, old tub and layout, and fan does not work. Not many convention guests stayed. Friendly staff, average $15 breakfast for hotel stay, food fresh but meager bread serving...average to good limited food choices and small cafes. Great people smiles but small staff you see all day."

"Property and staff were good but was not able to sleep well do to noise from the next room . My room had a door to open to the next room and the family by hat was staying there let there babies play with door that it scared me when they tried to open it "

"Clean room, plenty of towels available in lobby for everyone, nice pool and hot tub. Not the greatest neighborhood but they take good care of the place and I never felt unsafe. Bonus having a nice mini fridge and microwave in the room and AC worked well. Had plenty of room for the 2 of us and all our stuff. Big walk in closet was awesome too."

"The resort was beautiful. If you are traveling just to get away, they have a lot to do on the resort itself. Villa suite was huge, beautiful, and clean. Downside is upon checking in at around 8pm, there was a HUGE line to check in that lasted over and hr long. "

"No rubber rug in the shower. We asked many times and the last time we did they said they don't have such. No breakfast included and parking is also not included $40/night."

"Took over 24 hours to fix the heating issue I had. The first night the heater wasn't work then maintenance can and fixed it but a few hours it stopped working. So in the morning we told them about the problem and they told us they will have someone check it out while we were gone. We gone day and came back to a cold room. We asked if they had checked on it and the lady at the front told us she didn't know about the issue. She then sent someone to check and he fix it so at 8pm we were moved to another room which was pain but glad they helped us out. I just wish it had been done a lot sooner. "
