"The location is 5 star but the property itself is 2 start, it needs professional cleaning. See pictures showing an example of how filthy was the fan and the dust it threw on the bed. No extra towels. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) they gave us 4 towels in total. In entire home only 4 towels for 2 nights 3 day booking, unbelievable!!!! They had kitchen but again NO towels. "Villa was fine but there were some issues. 1) Lift was not working 2) it says 3 bathrooms but in effect there is just 1 commode and 2 baths. The 1 commode for 6 pax is inconvenient 3) One bedroom did not have proper curtains to cut the sun light"
