"The place is very clean. Centrally located in the Upper Peninsula, we were able to visit quite a few things during our time there. It was also quiet in the evening so that we could enjoy our time together. The host was easily accessible. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves up there again."

"The motel had a great view of Iron Moutain. Not far is a small like with beautiful woods and homes. The owner was gracious about my dog. Expedia said pet friendly but did not say it had to be called in ahead. Which was wonderful after I had driven a U-Haul for a friend for 8 hours. I assuming she and her husband own the property and were very nice. I will be going back up to Iron Mountain in October to enjoy the fall colors and hiking. I will definitely be staying there."

"Our family had a great time and a great "glamping" experience! The location was perfect for easy trips into Marquette as well as day trips around the upper peninsula of Michigan. The facilities were excellent with great new bathrooms and plenty of space."

"Great cottage with lots of Yooper charm, kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware. Water toys gallor, sadly our week was cut short by the fall out from the wild fires this July, but our first few day were perfect!"

"This is a great property. Even better than we were anticipating! It's new, so there are a few additions needed (i.e. things for the kitchen like kitchen knife, can opener, wine glasses). The owner was very receptive to feedback and has planned amenities coming soon. I loved the "zen den" off the TV room for relaxation, as well as the clean, cool lake. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and has a really great shower. Multiple fans and screened windows and doors help keep things cool, especially at night. The location is also a great jumping off point for U.P. activities (hiking, waterfalls, etc.) Piers Gorge is the best hike nearby, just FYI. Love that the property is also dog friendly and included a dog bed! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we're already considering a return visit in the fall."
