Victoria’s house is located in Morrisville, NC, US.
There is a big shopping mall - Park West Village. It has so much fun to do...shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, movie theater & etc. It's only 1.4 miles to drive from the house. There's also Morrisville Community Park in 1 mile driving. It's located 9 minutes from RTP and 14 minutes away from RDU airport. It's on the border with town of Cary, 10 miles to PNC arena in Raleigh, 15 minutes to Chapel Hill & 20 minutes to DUKE University.

Guests must report any urgent maintenance issues immediately. This includes the A/C or heating system, appliances, fire hazards, the water heater, water leaks, plumbing issues, or any other urgent concern. Please contact host as soon as the issue is noticed, provide a clear explanation, and send photos to help us assess and resolve the problem promptly. Guests may choose to vacate the property so the owner can use insurance-approved contractors to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. If the guest chooses this option, a refund will be provided for any unused nights of the reservation.
If the guest chooses to remain at the property while repairs are being completed, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may require hiring private contractors at a substantially higher cost. By choosing to remain in the property during the repair process, the guest acknowledges that no refund for any portion of the stay will be provided, and additional compensation is not offered, as the guest continues to occupy and use the property and its remaining amenities while repairs are underway
