Very clean, nice pool, and decent breakfast served all the way until 10am, which is nice when you need to sleep in a little before getting back on the road.

First of all the friendliness of the staff. The manager was outgoing and helpful. The staff even came around during breakfast and picked up the plates. The front desk knew the area and offered advice on how to get to restaurants and gave suggestions. The service was what you would find at an expensive large city hotel. Will certainly rebook when I return to the area.

Staff gave me another room after I discovered 1st one’s bed linen not changed. Other than that mishap, everything about this hotel is fine. Staff is especially pleasant.

The room was comfortable and easy to get to as it was right off the highway. The breakfast buffet was well stocked although the seating was a bit limited. The central air in the building was out during my stay, but the AC in the room wasn’t affected. There was definitely easy parking and easy to get to other places in the Durham area.

Upon check in, I was told that I only booked one room (I booked two). After 20 minutes on the phone with Expedia, the staff member was corrected. Fire alarm went off about an hour into our stay. As people headed for the exits, the staff member at the front counter stopped everyone, said it was a false alarm. Decent options for breakfast. Pancake maker was out of order, but breakfast staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds.

It was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room!!! The lobby air conditioning could use some fine tuning but everything else was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed one night earlier in the week and returned after a stay at the North Carolina coast. We stayed for another 3 nights because we were happy with our previous stay. The breakfast was always fresh and the breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. Thank you!

The staff are so friendly, the entire hotel is spotless, the breakfast is very good. I have been here twice for Duke visits and will definitely be back. The only issue was the air in the lobby area and breakfast area is not working, hopefully it is being repaired. But it won’t keep me from returning.

The staff were very friendly. From the moment of arrival I was greeted with a smile. The room was clean and cool which was great since it felt like a heat wave was outside. Overall would stay again especially since it’s right by the highway making it easy to come and go. Will say though you can’t hear the cars passing by the only problem was you gotta take a little drive to get some food or even get to a store.
