The Space:

Welcome to your inviting home-away-from-home! You'll love the open-concept living space, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Unwind on the comfortable top grain leather sofa or in the side after a day of exploring, and find the perfect viewing angle with the pivoting Smart TV. The home is filled with unique character, from the salvaged barnwood floors to the elegant marble counters in the chef's kitchen. You will find four comfortable queen bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, while a second full bathroom is easily accessible from the common area.

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. You will have a private entrance and can self-check-in upon arrival for maximum convenience. Your access includes:

The Neighborhood:

The house is 7/10ths of a mile from the DIY District including Motorco, Geer St Garden, Fullsteam Brewery and Cocoa Cinnamon. It's also an easy trip to Duke, RTP, the downtown Farmer's Market, & many local (and delicious) restaurants/cafes & local bars/breweries. The house is in an urban, income diverse neighborhood. Our home next door on Alston Ave also serves as a Vacation Rental with a gate connecting the two yards, "| Modern Open Bright | Spacious + Clean Aesthetic"



Getting Around:

The house is very easy to access and is a short drive to downtown, NC147, I85 and Durham's main thoroughfares. If you're taking a bus, there are many bus lines that should easily drop you off very close to our house. Lyfts and Ubers are abundant in the area as well.
