The stay was comfortable. Hotel service needs to improve. Rooms were not completely ready at the time of check in. Had to ask 4-5 times for drinking water to be made available.

Bad experience of biking online

My money was debited from my account for booking at hotel Sai mahal but there was no booking confirmation for Hotel Sai mahal as per the reception over there and my money was not even refunded. Night at 11.30 I was running around with my family for hotel, even after booking thru you'll online, and my hotel room was not confirmed.
