"Gute Lage, an der Straße mit sehr schalldichten Fenstern, sehr gute und adäquate Whatsapp-Betreuung: schnell, klar und eindeutig sowie freundlich."

"Very clean, very nice personnel, the view from the restaurant is spectacular and the food delicious."

"There were bed bugs in the rooms & we suffered all night as the staff never did anything to fix the problem."

"Great location, cleanliness, and comfortable"

"فندق ممتاز اعطيه 5 نجوم علي مستوى جنوا. . ولاكن علي المستوى العام 4 نجوم"

"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace."

"Although I was in the basement, by the lift I found it mostly quiet. If arriving on foot, ignore the reviews/instructions that say you enter up on 5th floor. Yes reception is there, but there is an entryway on floor 0."

"Limpio céntrico"

"Tutto perfetto stanza pulizia aria condizionata"

"The apartment was spacious and clean. We were very impressed with the quiet windows, a/c, staff, room updates, toiletries and cleanliness. My only, only recommendation is to perhaps keep a wine opener and additional coffee pods at the coffee station. We messaged and owner and received more within minutes. They were great! Other then that, really wonderful and would definitely stay again!!"

"tutto ok, camera pulita, personale cordiale, ottima posizione"

"Very clean, location is great. Safe area, near the train station."

"Great location, rooms are spacious and well stocked. Enjoyed our stay."
