"Slow check in, confused instructions as to breakfast and bar offers. Didn't seem to want to spare the time to take care of customers. Room was clean but communal areas and elevators were dirty. Not up to a reasonable standard."

"The customer service was excellent on arrival, however that morning when we went to eat breakfast, the lady preparing was taking everything away about 20 minutes til. We ask for milk for my grandson that’s 5 for milk, she was very rude and told us the milk was gone, she had already taken butter, and everything else out of refrigerator."
