"Everything about this hotel is the plus. Friendly and welcoming staff. They accommodated me early check-in and late checked out which was so kind. The room is clean and the bed smells great. The room size is okay but bathroom is small. "

"Unloading and loading the car was challenging. Maybe the hotel could give some tips. Also, maybe the staff could assist. However, none of this was critical."

"fue una buena experiencia en general. sin embargo no me gusto que el elevador no funcionaba en la mañana, cargar maletas es muy pesado. quise cambiar el horario del taxi y ni habi forma de hacerlo pues intente llamar y nunca pude conunciarme. no habia alguien en recepcion. el lugar fue muy comodo , el personal muy amable.la limpieza no muy buena, habia restos de jabon en el baño, y la mesa tenia restos de pan. la cama tenia restos de chocolate. la cama muy comoda aunque las fundas de almohada no olian a limpio."

"This hotel was near everything we wanted to do in Toulouse and was nearby several shops and places to eat. Beautiful city and room. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Chambre propre, salle de bain super, cuisine fonctionnelle, balcon en extra. Loin du centre ville, difficulté à trouver l'endroit pour le bus. Par contre pour le retour, le bus nous débarque près de l'hôtel."
